The Yoga Loom by design is not your standard yoga studio. It doesn’t simply offer static yoga classes. It’s unique, personalized style presents its clients with a smorgasbord of yoga classes, presented by accomplished instructors, in an individualized, motivational way. In our intimate setting, you will find that each instructor is genuinely concerned and committed to the enhancement of your well being and Loom experience.
Although The Yoga Loom’s primary focus is yoga, its mission of assisting others in achieving balance manifests in numerous ways. As night balances day in nature, The Yoga Loom balances the practice of Yoga with traditional and non-traditional aerobic activities. The Yoga Loom partners with various community based groups, facilitating a wide range of events through the use of its facility.

Gentle Yoga

Come join us for a relaxing, slow and gentle class to help improve your well-being. This class will help you improve your range of motion as well as reduce pain caused from tight muscles.

Chair Yoga

Don't let the name fool you! Even though this class is designed for seniors, it is suitable for all ages. The chair is a prop that simply brings the floor to you. You'll definitely experience a great stretch, deep breathing and maybe even sweat.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga

If you need rest, don't miss this class. The class is one, sometimes two hours in length. Restorative postures are held for 8-10 minutes each. Every body part is supported using blocks, bolsters, blanket or pillows. A total sense of relaxation is the goal...

Yin is a wonderful complement to a practice full of strength and many other forms of exercise. If you run, do crossfit, power yoga or lift weights, you will find Yin Yoga to be a new friend! Hot Yoga Flow

Hot classes help increase flexibility as well as mental discipline and focus. Our Hot classes are powered by infrared heating panels. The panels provide an even heat, creating a surprisingly comfortable setting. Hot Yoga Flow will be similar to Yoga Flow with poses flowing with the breath.

Aqua Yoga

Aqua Yoga is great for joint relief but also challenges you to master any balancing posture. The buoyancy the water offers will allow for 30% more range of motion. The water helps you feel more flexible and surprisingly will relax you, helping you to feel calm and at very much at ease.
