Raina Duckworth is a seasoned athlete committed to staying healthy with a love for sharing her passions with others. An avid runner for 15 years, she is thrilled to share her love of running with you. If you are a beginner or advanced runner, allow Raina to guide you with her tried and true tips to enhance your running experience. She teaches our Running 101 course to help you get started.

Pound is a full body workout, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Pound fused cardio and Pilates into this 30 minute workout routine. You will sculpt and strengthen infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique.
